Personal Data Processing Agreement
This Personal Data Processing Agreement has been developed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. By accepting this Agreement and submitting their data on the Polygon Studio website (hereinafter, the “Website”) by filling in the feedback form fields, the User expresses their Consent to the processing of personal data and to their transfer to the personal data processing operator — https://studio-polygon.com (hereinafter, the “Operator”), which owns the Website, under the following terms.
The User:
- confirms that all data they have provided belong personally to them;
- confirms and acknowledges that they have carefully and fully read this Agreement and the terms of processing of their personal data specified by them in the online application (registration) fields, and that the text of the Agreement and the terms of personal data processing are clear to them;
- expresses their Consent to the processing of personal data without reservations and restrictions (hereinafter, the “Consent”). The moment of acceptance of the Consent is the marking of the corresponding field in the Form and clicking the submit button on any page of the Website;
- confirms that, by giving this Consent, they act freely, of their own will and in their own interest.
This Consent is given for the processing of personal data both with and without the use of automation tools.
The Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data of the User, specified by the User in the forms or in files attached to the forms:
- Surname, first name, patronymic (middle name);
- E-mail address;
- Telephone number (including mobile);
- Other personal data specified by the User in the forms or in files attached to the forms.
The purpose of processing personal data is their storage and use, including:
- Responding to Users’ requests;
By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the User expresses their interest and gives full consent that the processing of their personal data includes the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision of access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data. The User accepts the cookie policy used on the Website and consents to the receipt of information about their IP address and other information about their activity on the Website.
The User’s Consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed, and deliberate.
This Consent of the User is deemed to be executed in simple written form.
The Consent is valid for an indefinite period from the moment the data is provided and may be revoked by the User by sending a corresponding instruction in simple written form to the e-mail address info@studio-polygon.com, indicating the data specified in Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.
In the course of processing personal data, the Operator is entitled to perform the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of the User’s personal data.
The Operator has the right to make changes to this Agreement at any time. When changes are made, the current version shall indicate the date of the last update. The new version of the Agreement shall come into force from the moment of its publication, unless otherwise provided for by the new version of the Agreement.
